Yes, every timepiece undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house master watchmakers to guarantee 100% authenticity before being listed for sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

We provide fully insured express shipping worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for all online purchases. The watch must be returned in the exact same condition as received, with all security tags intact and original packaging included.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

Each watch comes with either the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty or our own 12-month LBJ Watches mechanical warranty for your peace of mind.

Can I trade in my current watch for a new one?

Absolutely. We offer a competitive part-exchange program. You can submit your watch details through our 'Sell Your Watch' page to receive a valuation against any item in our collection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and select cryptocurrency payments. For high-value transactions, bank transfer is our preferred method for security purposes.
